Website design
We launched the project by reviewing how buyers were engaging with the existing website and printed materials. The goal was to create a fresh, contemporary design language that conveyed the care and craftsmanship that Chichester Developments are known for, while improving usability and clarity.
The new website features a clean, calm and content-focused design, using generous white space, contemporary and elegant typography and high quality development imagery to bring the homes to life. We implemented a modular layout system that could grow and adapt alongside the business, making it easy to add new developments or update availability without compromising the overall design.
User experience & build
The new site structure was centred around the user journey, from initial discovery to enquiry. We created clear pathways to explore current, coming soon and completed developments, with detailed pages for each site that includes detailed information including house types, floor plans and downloadable brochures, also crafted in-house by our design team. Calls to action are strategically placed to encourage early enquiries or direct contact with the partnered estate agent.
A streamlined, flexible content management system, using the Drupal framework, enables the team at Chichester Developments to update listings, prices and availability in real time, allowing staff to respond quickly to market interest and customer needs.
Development branding & collateral
As a continuation of our previous work with Chichester Developments, for each of their new projects we create a full suite of individually branded brochures to support the sales process.
Each brochure is uniquely branded to suit the location, history and target buyers for each development, and features house-type information, specifications and a site map. In addition, we also provide branded signage and digital marketing assets to both Chichester Developments and their partnered estate agents, on request, to support the launch of each development.
Project outcome
The new Chichester Developments website has significantly improved the brand’s digital presence, making it easier for homebuyers to browse developments, understand the offering and take the next steps with confidence.
The visual design, both online and print, now fully reflects the standard and unique character of each individual development, while also remaining consistent with the core Chichester Developments branding, creating a polished and trustworthy first impression across all touchpoints.

Chichester Developments is a respected regional developer known for delivering high-quality homes across the South West. We were commissioned to design and develop a new website that better reflected the quality of their new homes, alongside producing individually branded brochures and printed sales materials to support the launch of each new site and create a consistent experience across digital and print.
