Branding for new home developments

In addition to the main Pearce brand, each residential development requires its own distinct identity. We create bespoke logos, colour palettes and visual styles for individual sites, ensuring each one feels unique while still sitting comfortably under the Pearce umbrella.

Each development's branding is applied consistently across printed and digital materials, including high-quality development brochures, sales literature, maps, plans and on-site signage. From hoardings and way-finding, to email campaigns and social assets, we help the Pearce marketing team present each development with a polished, professional identity that appeals to homebuyers and reinforces the company’s reputation for quality.

Website design strategy

The new website needed to serve multiple audiences with very different needs: prospective homebuyers, commercial clients, architects, subcontractors and public-sector partners. Our design strategy centred on clarity, usability and a strong brand presence.

We worked closely with the Pearce management team to map out an information structure that highlighted both the scale of their construction work and the lifestyle appeal of their residential developments. Clean layouts, contemporary typography and a confident, professional colour palette helped create a cohesive visual language that represented the Pearce brand with authority.

To support both sides of the business, we created a flexible design system that presented detailed construction case studies alongside visually rich development pages, ensuring consistency without compromising the individuality of each division.

User experience

A key focus of the project was simplifying the user journey. We designed a homepage and navigation system that introduced Pearce as a single, unified brand while making it effortless for users to move toward the content most relevant to them.

The Construction section highlights services, sector expertise, project case studies and accreditation. The New Homes section presents current developments, buyer guides and simple enquiry forms tailored to homebuyers.

This structure allows Pearce to communicate their full capabilities with clarity, while giving every user a smooth and intuitive experience.

Website development

The website was developed using the Drupal CMS, giving the Pearce team full control over ongoing content updates. Built with performance and longevity in mind, the site uses clean code, delivers fast load times, and follows SEO best practices to support long-term visibility and growth.

Responsive design was a priority throughout the build, ensuring seamless performance on mobile, tablet and desktop. This was essential both for homebuyers viewing properties on the go and for industry professionals accessing construction information in the field.

Celebrating 80 years of Pearce

As part of Pearce Construction’s 80th anniversary celebrations, we were commissioned to design and produce a range of exhibition and promotional materials for their milestone event, held at the newly completed Boutport Street development in Barnstaple.

Working closely with the Pearce marketing team, we created a collection of branded event materials including fabric exhibition displays, pull-up banner stands, selfie frames and supporting promotional graphics, all designed to reflect the professionalism and heritage of the business while celebrating eight decades of construction across North Devon.

The project combined creative design, large-format print production and exhibition display expertise to deliver a cohesive visual presence throughout the event. By aligning the materials with the wider Pearce brand identity, the celebration felt polished, consistent and instantly recognisable to guests, staff and industry partners alike.

Project outcome

The new Pearce Construction website brings together their construction and residential divisions into one cohesive, confident online presence. Supported by strong development branding, high-quality printed brochures and a wide range of marketing materials, Pearce now has a digital platform that reflects their experience, professionalism and reputation across North Devon.

The result is a unified brand experience that supports both sides of the business, strengthens market positioning and provides customers with a clear, accessible and engaging way to explore what Pearce has to offer.
