Graphic Design Apprenticeship Vacancy

A great opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to undertake a Creative & Digital Media Advanced Apprenticeship with us.

As an apprentice you will work in a full-time role for the company here in our busy design studio. Working closely with our studio manager you’ll learn how to design effectively for both print and digital projects. In addition, you will work towards a Creative & Digital Media Advanced Apprenticeship with PETROC. This will be delivered via work-based assessments and weekly attendance at taught sessions at a venue in Barnstaple. Attendance at PETROC will be required occasionally for periodic examinations.

This role would ideally suit a creative, motivated, polite and friendly individual, who is eager to succeed and hungry to learn.

Successful candidates will have a keen eye for detail and an appreciation of good design. A good level of IT competence is essential, as is a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade C or above, including English due to the proofreading required in this role. You will be working closely to a client brief and it is essential that you have a professional approach to work and can display strong time management skills which enable you to meet tight deadlines.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain design industry knowledge and experience, as well as an industry recognised qualification in order to prepare them for a role within the company as a junior graphic designer.
