Inside Inventive - November 2016
It's been a busy few weeks here at Inventive, which has seen seen the completion of some great projects, the arrival of some shiny new imacs (putting big smiles on our developers faces) and an office reshuffle which went long into the night (aided by a case of Corona!).
Here's a little insight into what we've been working on...
Longlands Website
It's said that web development years are rather like dog years, whereby one year on the internet is equal to seven in the real world. So four years after we developed their first website (that's twenty-eight to Gnasher and Snoopy) our award winning glamping friends at Longlands decided it was time for an update.
Our brief was simple, to showcase their luxury safari lodges using stunning photography, in a modern, mobile-friendly design. You can find out more about Longlands new website here in our portfolio section.
Coast & Country Hotel Wedding Brochures
The Coast & Country Hotel group consists of 15 hotels set in stunning locations throughout the UK. We were asked to design and print a unique weddings brochure for each of their hotels as part of a marketing campaign to promote the hotels as premium wedding venues. In addition to the brochures we've also designed banner stands, posters, pvc banners and adverts for national press.
Lochs & Glens New Website
Relations with our friends North of the border couldn't be healthier. In addition to the design and print of their latest brochures, Scotlands premier coach tour company Lochs & Glens Holidays asked us to design and develop them two new websites, one for their coach tours and one for their self-drive hotels. Both sites feature a bespoke Content Management System developed in Drupal 8, giving Lochs and Glens complete control over the content of their own websites. We're currently in the final throws of some other great new launches including testing a very exciting directory based website which mums and dads of young children will find very useful, so watch this space!
